Adcrate is a fast-growing, creative-led performance marketing agency. We specialise in paid social advertising, helping brands scale through data-backed strategies and compelling creative execution. Our team of experts is passionate about driving real results for our clients, and we’re looking for a Head of Performance to take our media buying strategies to the next level.
As our Head of Performance, you’ll be at the forefront of our paid social strategy, overseeing ad performance across multiple platforms and ensuring our clients achieve maximum ROI. You’ll lead a team of Performance Managers, collaborating closely with our Creative Strategy team to develop and optimise high-performing campaigns.
Salary Range: Salary is dependant on experience
Experience: Performance marketing, media buying, or growth marketing (agency experience preferred).
