Our team of experts is passionate about driving real results for our clients, and we’re looking for a Head of Performance to take our media buying strategies to the next level.

💼 About the Role

As our Head of Performance, you’ll be at the forefront of our paid social strategy, overseeing ad performance across multiple platforms and ensuring our clients achieve maximum ROI. You’ll lead a team of Performance Managers, collaborating closely with our Creative Strategy team to develop and optimise high-performing campaigns.

Experience: Performance marketing, media buying, or growth marketing (agency experience preferred).

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Own Performance Strategy – Oversee and refine performance marketing strategies to ensure all campaigns hit and exceed client KPIs.
Lead & Develop the Team – Mentor and guide a team of Performance Managers, helping them optimise accounts and scale campaigns effectively.
Campaign Optimisation – Analyse and optimise ad performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROAS and efficiency.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Use deep analytical insights to inform campaign adjustments, creative iterations, and audience strategies.
Reporting & Insights – Ensure clear, actionable reporting on performance metrics, providing strategic recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
Collaboration – Work closely with Creative Strategists to align ad creative with data-backed insights for maximum impact.
Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with the latest paid media trends, platform updates, and industry innovations to maintain Adcrate’s competitive edge.
What we’re looking for! 👀
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or growth marketing (agency experience preferred).
Expert-level knowledge of Facebook & TikTok Ads and a deep understanding of creative strategy in performance marketing.
Proven leadership experience – you’ve managed, mentored, and grown high-performing teams.
Strong analytical mindset – you can interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills – you can clearly present data-driven recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
Proactive problem solver – you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid channels is a plus!

Weekly Sync: Participate in check-ins and creative sessions. We hold team calls between 2pm-6pm GMT on Mondays and Tuesdays. Also more importantly - to catch up on how everyone’s weekend went!

Creative Strategist

You love all things eCommerce and digital marketing. It’s a topic you geek out on…reading blogs, listening to podcasts & hunting down new strategies you can apply is fun for you
What you’ll be doing! 💻
Brainstorming ad angles and hook variations weekly, then sending content over to the editing team for production.
Develop creative strategy for new accounts by creating and maintaining a ‘Master’ client document.
Keeping a pulse on the industry to find out what’s working (and not working) for others, ad policy updates etc. Use this alongside your own ideation to inspire creative concepts.

Slack: For all communication (gifs & memes are welcomed)
Weekly Calls: We hold weekly check-ins with the creative teams as well as creative trainings twice every week. This is a chance to get the creative juices flowing and keep sharpening the knife. All calls are held between 2pm-6pm GMT on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Yearly retreat: Every year we’ll all fly to somewhere cool, reflect on the year, celebrate progress and play games!

You’ve produced video ads for ECommerce brands
You’re fluent in English and are confident communicating on calls (both internally and externally)
You’re open minded and willing to learn
You are able to take feedback and use your initiative to manage video revisions
You use Instagram/TikTok in your free time…sometimes you feel you spend a bit too much time on there - but at least you know the platform well!
What you’ll be doing! 💻
Day-to-day video editing of ECommerce ads for both Facebook and TikTok. Here’s some examples.
Working with the creative team to manage revisions of existing videos and conceptualizing new creative ideas.
Ensuring all videos are completed on time and to a high standard ready for launch.
Keeping a pulse on TikTok and paid ads to find out what’s working for others, what’s trending etc., and incorporate this into your videos.
